It is true and I am glad to have had this realization at this hour (Midnight 12 AM). Its about creativity within a team setup. Its common that when we work in a team, there are different people with different experience, different skill sets etc. It is a belief that when such people come together under the common umbrella to succeed, things happen.

I just want to take this one step forward and say a few things from the midnight realization today. Its not about your comfort zone in your area of expertise or how much you know etc. It is about sharing what you know to each other as a team. There will be a point where you have shared all you know(for which you joined the team in the first place) and what do you do next? You can keep chopping the same wood day in and day out i.e., stay within your comfort circle or you can step out and start walking into the jungle and end up roaring.

Alright, in more simpler terms, what I realized is when you step out of your knowledge base(perceived) and try expanding, your mind reacts positively with questions aimed towards improving the situation. What you surely will realize is that this will be probably more creative and innovative than anything else. Yes, you can create/innovate/ideate on your own, but as a team when you just talk/brainstorm beyond your comfort zone, mind boggling results are bound to happen. Think about it!

you are absolutely right and it has also been proven thru research that giving more and more new data to the brain keeps it ticking very well … the research talked about how if you learn juggling and start practicing it, it really improves your brain power …

    good thought :)
