Moderated Skype…Moderated Chat…Moderated Audio Chat…Moderated Instant Messaging

So as to be able to use chat or IM medium more effectively. If it is a chat, you should be able to ask for the other to actually answer to your question/prev. message before moving on the next one. Also, it could be used as a means to control or discipline the chat front.

Now that Skype and most of the others have Voice and Chat with some having video also, moderation capabilities for Group chat should help regulate conversations, discussions and brainstorming towards being more productive.
